Betpanda Casino Review

Betpanda has no gambling licence. Star Bright Media S.R.L., a company registered in Costa Rica, runs it, and Betpanda's own terms say it operates under Costa Rica's jurisdiction rather than any licensing regime. No regulator takes complaints about it. If a payout stalls, you deal with Betpanda support, and the terms send any dispute to the courts of Costa Rica.

The withdrawal caps decide how fast a big win reaches you. Win €20,000 and you can take out €5,000 a day for three days, which hits the €15,000 weekly cap. The last €5,000 waits for the next week unless support raises your limit.

A VPN can help when a game provider blocks your region, which is how Betpanda's troubleshooting guide uses it, but it does not change where you live. A resident of the US or Australia who signs up through a Mexican server is still barred by section 2, and section 5 lets Betpanda void every bet on that account.

Betpanda pays back 10% of your net casino losses each week as real money, with no wagering on the cashback itself. You need at least 50 casino bets in the week, and there is nothing to opt in to. Slots and live casino count. Provably fair games, sports bets and anything played with bonus funds do not.

Say you start the week's slot play with $500 of your own money and finish with $200. That is a $300 net loss, so $30 comes back on Wednesday at 13:00 UTC. A winning week pays nothing, and any part of the loss that came from bonus money is left out.

Betpanda updated this help article on 27 October 2026. The earlier version made cashback wait for 12,500 account XP and counted provably fair games. The current one asks for 50 casino bets instead of the XP unlock and leaves provably fair games out, so a week spent only on provably fair games now earns no cashback.

The cashback is separate from the 100% deposit match up to 1 BTC. The match has its own wagering and expiry, shown in your account before you accept it, and losses played with that bonus money earn no cashback. Daily rakeback of 5% to 10% by VIP tier is a separate reward, paid on a fixed share of each bet, and the VIP page explains how much it returns. Betpanda says it can change or end the weekly promotion without notice.

Betpanda is mostly slots, with live tables, 20 house games and a sportsbook under the same login. It shows no total game count, but its slot filter alone listed 76 studios when we checked on 23 October.

The Originals carry Betpanda's own branding: 20 house games, from blackjack and baccarat to Mines, Plinko and two crash games. Betpanda publishes no RTP for them in the lobby, so open the game's info panel and read it before you bet.

Betpanda's official website is betpanda.io. Type that address and you land on betpandacasino.io, the domain the casino and sportsbook run on. Both belong to Betpanda. On 27 October 2026 betpanda.io sent a permanent (301) redirect there, and the betpandacasino.io footer still reads "2026 Betpanda.io" and lists support@betpanda.io. Treat any other address with suspicion before you type a password into it. Typing betpanda.io yourself is safer than following a login link from a chat or a search ad.

You log in with your email and password. When we checked on 21 October 2026, the Log In button opened a form with just those two fields and no Google or social sign-in.

The reset form handles a forgotten password. Anything else, such as a lost 2FA device or a closed account, goes to support@betpanda.io, and support asks you to prove the account is yours from its history. Keep a note of your last deposit, for example 0.002 BTC and the date you sent it, and the last game you played.

Do not open a second account while you wait. Betpanda allows one account per person, household, IP address and device, and it can close a duplicate and hold its payouts. Betpanda says keeping your login safe is your job, and it does not cover losses from a stolen password.
