On-Chain

Transactions or data that are recorded directly on a blockchain. On-chain poker transactions include deposits and withdrawals that appear on the public ledger. On-chain verification provides full transparency but may involve gas fees and confirmation wait times depending on the blockchain network used.

Example

Your 0.5 BTC deposit is recorded directly on the Bitcoin blockchain. Anyone can verify the transaction using the block explorer — this is an on-chain transaction.
