Teen Patti odds calculator quick answer

In standard 52-card Teen Patti, a pair appears 3,744 times in 22,100 deals, or 16.94%. It needs 4.90:1 profit odds to break even. The quote check treats X:1 as profit plus the returned stake, then shows the expected return and net value for the stake you enter.

  • A trio appears about 0.24% of the time.
  • A pure sequence appears about 0.22% of the time.
  • A pair appears about 16.94% of the time.
  • High card is the most common result at about 74.39%.
  • A quoted X:1 price implies a chance of 1 divided by X plus 1.

Teen Patti odds: check the price before you make the bet

Hand rank and hand frequency are different things. Trio ranks above pure sequence in most Teen Patti rule sets, but pure sequence is slightly rarer in a standard 52-card deck. The table uses the deal counts, not the hand rank, when it works out a fair payout.

The payout check has one plain assumption: a listed X:1 quote pays X units of profit and returns the stake if the category lands. It turns that quote into an implied chance, compares it with the deal probability, and shows the average return across repeated identical bets. It does not guess a house edge from an unnamed table.

This is a category-payout calculator, not a hand-versus-hand equity tool. It can tell you how often a random deal produces a pair. It cannot tell you whether a specific pair beats another player's cards without the ranks, suits, opponents, and game rules.

The counts use standard no-joker Teen Patti. Jokers, wild cards, lowest-card wild, best-of-four, Muflis, and local payout rules all change the result. Check the table rules first, then use the standard figures as a baseline.

Teen Patti Odds questions

What is the rarest Teen Patti hand?

In pure frequency terms, pure sequence appears 48 ways and trio appears 52 ways. Most Teen Patti rankings still place trio above pure sequence even though pure sequence is slightly rarer.

How many possible Teen Patti hands are there?

There are 22,100 possible three-card hands from a standard 52-card deck when card order does not matter.

Does a 5:1 Teen Patti payout mean profit or total return?

This calculator treats 5:1 as five units of profit for each unit staked, with the original stake returned on a win. A table can write payouts differently, so check its rules before using the number.

Does hand probability equal the chance to beat other players?

No. The table counts how often a random deal makes a category such as a pair or sequence. The chance that an exact three-card hand wins also depends on its ranks, suits, the number of opponents, and the version of Teen Patti being played.

Does this calculator include jokers?

The default calculator uses standard no-joker Teen Patti. Joker and wild-card variants change the probabilities enough that they should be calculated separately.
