PFR (Pre-Flop Raise)

A HUD statistic showing the percentage of hands in which a player raises preflop. PFR indicates how aggressive a player is before the flop. The gap between VPIP and PFR reveals playing style: a small gap suggests an aggressive player, while a large gap indicates a passive caller. Winning players typically have a PFR of 16-24% in 6-max.

Example

Your opponent's PFR is 6% over 500 hands. They almost never raise pre-flop, so when they do 3-bet you, respect it — they likely have aces, kings, or queens.
