Three-Bet Percentage (3B%)
A HUD statistic showing how often a player three-bets (re-raises) preflop when given the opportunity. Average three-bet percentages range from 5-9% in most games. A high 3B% (above 9%) indicates an aggressive player who three-bets liberally, while a low 3B% (below 5%) suggests a player who only three-bets premium hands.
Example
Your opponent's 3-bet percentage is 12% over 1,000 hands. That is an aggressive but not maniacal range — roughly the top 12% of hands like pocket pairs 77+ and suited broadways.
