Triple Barrel

Betting on all three post-flop streets: flop, turn, and river. Triple barreling is the ultimate aggression line and represents a very strong hand or a committed bluff. Because opponents must call three consecutive bets to reach showdown, triple barrels are effective at generating fold equity even against stubborn callers.

Example

You bet the flop, turn, and river with a bluff — your opponent had a medium-strength hand and the escalating pressure finally forces a fold on the river.
